Bull Season 4: Premiere Date, Cast, Trailer, Spoilers & News

If you are wondering how things go on at Trial Analysis Corporation (TAC) for a trial consultant, this show closely follows how trial consultants grow professionally and all that they go through.

Bull Season 3 Cast: Who is in it?

The protagonist, Dr Jason Bull’s part is played by Michael Weatherly. Benjamin “Benny” Colon’s role is played by Freddy Rodriguez. Geneva Carr stars as Marissa Morgan. Jamie Lee Kirchner stars as Danielle “Danny” James. Christopher Jackson plays Chunk Palmer. According to TVLine, actress Annabelle Attanasio launched her first feature film which conflicts with filming the show. As a result, she stepped down from her role as Cable in order to pursue the big project.

Glenn Gordon was brought on board as the showrunner after season 1. In an interview, Weatherly had expressed his excitement and said, “I think there was this idea that we could get someone who could take the characters and deepen the worlds of the characters. Glenn Gordon Caron, who created Moonlighting and Medium with Patricia Arquette… he really was responsible entirely for the creative vision of those shows. And those shows are about people and characters. It’s not plot-driven.”

With the exception of Annabelle Attanasio, we would expect the rest of the cast to remain the same and reprise their roles in the upcoming seasons.

Bull Season 3 Plot: What is it about?

This story is all about Trial Analysis Corporation which is headed by Dr Jason Bull who holds three PhDs in Psychology. He hates lawyers and has a difficult childhood. He is also a trial science expert. Using his knowledge in that domain, he recruits and selects the right jury members for his clients. He also helps the lawyers with their points of arguments so that they can win the argument in question.

Weatherly (staring from season 3) took a keen interest in the OJ Trials before he began work on Bull. He said, “The OJ trial was something I looked at when starting Bull. Why did they choose the jury selection from downtown LA rather than Santa Monica? Well, it’s very funny when you actually look at why. Gil Garcetti, who was the DA at the time, knew that for election purposes, having a downtown jury on a high-profile case is going to impact his election results differently if it went well.”

According to him, the show also takes its characters and the execution very seriously. “It really is an important behind-the-curtain aspect of jury trials in the United States,” he told. “It’s about understanding motivations, human behaviours, socio-economic groups and class structures.”

In season 3, Bull is recovering from his heart attack and in the meantime, takes up the case of an insurance company which has been slammed a lawsuit by a dying mother who was denied coverage for a liver transplant. In another case, Bull undertakes a pro bono project to help a client who was ill-advised by his public defender and ended up pleading guilty to a misdemeanour assault charge but as the victim dies, he is faced with felony manslaughter.
