Charles Oakley was born on 18th December 1963 in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a professional basketball player. Charles Oakley played with the Chicago Bulls from 1985 to 1988. The All-Rookie Team honors were earned by Oakley in 1986. From 1988 to 1998, Charles Oakley played with New York Knicks.
