The same year, he also played Cinderella’s Prince in the musical ‘Into the Woods’. He also appeared as Caleb in the sci-fi thriller ‘Z for Zachariah’, which released in 2015.

In 2016, Pine played Bernie Webber in ‘The Finest Hour’ and starred as a bank robber in the crime-drama ‘Hell or High Water’, which was directed by David Mackenzie and written by Taylor Sheridan. The latter also starred Jeff Bridges and Ben Foster. Pine played Mr. Murry in the fantasy adventure ‘A Wrinkle in Time’, which released in 2018. Bringing the news to the public is an enormous task, which is important and calls for a high amount of responsibility. While newsreaders or anchors read out the news, they often have to recount instances of grave horror, that they too realize will go on to change the course of history.

Pine is all set to play the role of Cronkite and the actor will have to bring a fantastic performance to convey the emotions involved in the project. We might let go of the past, but does the past let go of us? Do we really move on from instances that shake us to our core, even though they might slip from the immediacy of memory as time passes by? He has also come up with the screenplay for the movie.

The plot follows two CIA agents who were once romantically involved with each other. However, they are plagued by the fact that one of them might have been compromised a cat and mouse game ensues between the people who are accustomed to leading double lives.
