It is a widely accepted notion that knowledge is directly proportional to power. This power results in a lot of crime, conspiracies, and murders. ‘Deadly Intelligence’ is an eight-episode TV series that narrates the mysterious demise of 8 different scientists and researchers and attempts to solve the cases, which at times seems to come off as conspiracies.

It premiered on April 8, 2018, on Science Channel and is produced by Beyond Productions. Now the question is, will there be a ‘Deadly Intelligence’ Season 2? We will delve into that question and quickly look into the details of the series.

Deadly Intelligence Season 2 Release Date: When will it premiere?

‘Deadly Intelligence’ Season 1 premiered on April 8, 2018, on Science Channel. The series was flushed under the crime and mystery genre of the channel. The show acquired poor viewership ratings, as well as below average critic’s rating. The production company of the series, Beyond Productions, still managed to continue running it on the channel for a whole 8 episodes season. The season finale aired on May 27, 2018, which marked the end of official airing, yet.

However, despite the poor circulation of the season, it must also be taken into consideration that, across the globe, there are numerous other cases of mysterious deaths, and some of them might be far more intriguing and baffling than the ones shown in the first season.

Hence, there is a strong chance of the Science Channel returning with the second season of the show. However, as of now, there is no official news of any follow-ups to the show. If we had to go ahead and pin a probable air date on ‘Deadly Intelligence’ Season 2, we would estimate it to release in the first quarter of 2020. We will keep you posted as we find out.

Who is the Narrator of Deadly Intelligence?

‘Deadly Intelligence’ casts several temporary members as it narrates and tries to unravel the death of many scientists and researchers. Dan Nachtrab, a very famous voice actor, known for narrating shows like ‘Prominence’, ‘Heart of Darkness’ and ‘Earth: The Inside Story’, is the principal narrator of the series. Apart from this, the doesn’t have any permanent cast members as it talks about the deaths of scientific geniuses.

It, however, features several experts, both scientific and investigative, who try to shine light upon the mysterious deaths of the scientists portrayed in each episode. The series explores the death of famed personalities like Nikola Tesla, Gerard Bull, and Shane Todd. Besides these popular names, it also features unexplained deaths of 5 other scientists, including the disappearance of a former Nazi rocket scientist, who had been working on Egypt’s missile program.

What is Deadly Intelligence About?

‘Deadly Intelligence’ is an American TV show that aired in 2018. Even though the show premiered on the Science Channel, it has crime and mystery as the principal driving forces of the show. The show explores the mysterious deaths of several scientific geniuses, in order to find out if their deaths were purely coincidental, or are there some hidden truths behind the loss of these beautiful minds.

Most of the cases featured in this show, come off to be set up as huge conspiracies. ‘Deadly Intelligence’ deems to take expert looks at the incidents involving the death of these scientists, to research and find out the actual reason behind these deaths.

The premiere episode of the first season explores the death of a CIA employed biological warfare scientist. He died in 1953, after falling from a window of a New York City hotel. Every official record states that he jumped out of the window. The mystery builds when his family and close friends mention otherwise.

They believe that he was murdered. A theory can be drawn from the incidents before his death, that he was terminated by the CIA, themselves, as he had witnessed a lot of unethical interrogations. The series tries to solve this mystery in this episode.

The first season also featured the death of the Father of the Death Ray, Nikola Tesla, whose dead body was found in an empty New York hotel room during World War II. Other episodes include the case of a renowned engineer, Gerald Bull, who was shot down in front of his flat in Brussels, the chemical explosion that caused the death of rocket engineer and propulsion researcher, Jack Parsons; and even engineer Shane Todd, who committed suicide in 2012, in Singapore. The series mostly builds cases upon the deaths of the scientists and researchers, who become victims of conspiracies against them, usually after some dangerous circumstances.
