How did Eric Bolling earn his money and wealth?

Eric Bolling is a conservative political commentator, financial commentator, TV personality and author. His formal name is Eric Thomas Bolling and he was born on March 2, 1963, in Chicago in a Catholic household. He professes to follow Catholicism. While studying in college, he played baseball due to which he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1984. Unfortunately, his sports career was cut short by an injury to his rotator cuff.

Bolling became a commodities trader on the New York Mercantile Exchange where he specialized in trading crude oil, natural gas, gold etc. He joined the CME Group first as a director and later as a strategic advisor. He was presented with the Maybach Man of the Year Award at the Trader Monthly Awards in 2017. He later joined Fox Business Network as a financial analyst and hosted “Happy Hour” (2007), a business show. He was also a co-host in “The Five” (2011) along with Bob Beckel. When he was the host of “The Five”, Bolling criticized the then President Barack Obama’s decision to meet with the president of Gabbon, Ali Bongo Ondimba at the White House. When the rapper Common appeared in the White House, Bolling criticized Obama for it. Due to such outbursts from Bolling, he has been accused of being overtly racist. He has since apologized for his disrespectful remarks. In 2013 he became the host of “Cashin’ In” in the Fox News Channel news program.

Bolling has been a guest host in a number of shows like “Hannity” (2009), “Fox & Friends” (1998), “The O’Reilly Factor” (1996) and “The Glen Beck Show” (1996). In 2017, Bolling alongside Eboni Williams and Katherine Timpf began to co-host “the Fox News Specialists”.

Bolling has written two books titled “Wake Up America: The Nine Virtues That Made Our Nation Great- and Why We Need Them More Than Ever” (2016) and “The Swamp: Washington’s Murky Pool of Corruption and Cronyism and How Trump Can Drain It” (2017).

Since 2017, Bolling has been embroiled in a controversy where he has been accused of sending unsolicited text messages and lewd photographs to three of his female colleagues for many years and at many occasions. After an investigation conducted by Fox News, they have parted ways with Bolling amicably and have since canceled the show “Fox News Specialists”. Bolling is married to Adrienne and they had a son, Eric who unfortunately died on September 9, 2017. The cause of his death is not known.
