Gary Vaynerchuk was born as Gennady VaynerchukNovember 14, 1975 in Babruysk in the Soviet Union, which is a part of Belarus now. Gary and his family started to live in Queens, New York after moving from Babruysk in year 1978. Later on, his family moved to Edison, New Jersey where Gary Vaynerchuk started his entrepreneurial with a lemonade-stand franchise and did well. Vaynerchuk also went on to join his family’s retail wine business at the early age of 14.

In 1998Gary graduated from Mount Ida College in Newton, Massachusetts and took charge of day to day activities in his family store at Springfield, New Jersey. He changed the store’s name from Shopper’s Discount Liquors to Wine Library. He then went on to launch a daily webcast and launched his sales online. Gary exponentially grew his business from $3 million to $60 million in a very short span of time with the help of various e-marketing techniques and pricing strategies. Gary Vaynerchuk and his brother AJ Vaynerchuk founded Vaynermedia, a social media-focused digital agency in the year 2009.

Further in the year 2011, Gary announced to assume total involvement in Vaynermedia in order to grow it. In this show, Vaynerchuk takes questions (mostly on entrepreneurship, family and business topics) from Twitter and Instagram and responds to them in his own fashion.
