Revolving around the lives of a reputed law professor, Annalise Keating, and her students who get entangled in a murder mystery, the legal drama has managed to keep the audiences hooked throughout its journey. The sixth and final season of the mystery thriller teases the death of Viola Davis’ character Annalise Keating, throughout the season, via a series of flash-forwards.

The show has reached its sixth season, and these people still blame Annalise for everything that goes wrong in their life. Not one person takes accountability for his/her actions and conveniently pins everything on Annalise. As a matter of fact, she has never killed anyone but always helped others to stay out of trouble. Picking up from the fall finale, the mid-season premiere is going to answer a lot of burning questions. We can expect to learn the truth about Annalise’s alleged disappearance, which might have a significant impact on every one.
As Michaela and Connor have been thrown behind bars on the allegation of Asher’s murder, they might be forced to take a life-changing decision. But who is responsible for Asher’s death? Meanwhile, Bonnie might spill some heavy tea about Tegan, and Gabriel might have a target on his back. The other questions that we have for the upcoming episode are – Is Annalise really dead? What if she’s faking her death like Wes? Also, how in heaven is he alive? What if the two have been working together all this while? Who will go down for the murders? And who will get away with it?

How to Get Away with Murder Season 6 Episode 9 Recap:
‘How to Get Away with Murder’ season 6 episode 9 is titled ‘Are You the Mole?’
As the title suggests, the episode focuses on the search for the mole, who has been working with the FBI, trying to throw Annalise under the bus. But before we get into that, let’s talk about the mind-blowing flash-forward scene which showcases Annalise’s funeral. And if that’s not shocking enough, we see a ghost resurfacing from the world of the dead – Wes Gibbins! Yes, Wes Gibbins, who has been dead all this while. But seriously, how is he alive? Or is that a grown up Christopher? Anyway, let’s not digress. Frank confesses his love for Bonnie, but she shuns him away only to frantically call him by the end of the hour. Gabriel records Frank and his conversation, which shows Frank in a bad light.
On Michaela’s insistence, Asher admits of being a snitch. He says he is only helping the FBI to protect his mother from getting roped in a legal case surrounding his father’s misdeeds. An enraged and high Oliver hits Asher with a fireplace poker, who tries to convince the others to turn against Annalise and tell the FBI that she has been manipulating the Keating 5 since day one, before running away. And what’s shameful is that the group actually give it a thought. But their plans crash before their eyes when Asher is found dead in the hallway of his building, and Conner and Michaela are arrested.
Meanwhile, Annalise goes to her apartment and prepares to execute her plans of running away to a mysterious place and adopt a new identity. We see her holding a gun, a little too close to her body, hinting she might take her own life. In one scene towards the end, Annalise’s plane goes through some major turbulence, but we are not shown whether it crashes or reaches its destination. After all, this time, is this how Annalise meets her fate? All alone? It seems hard to believe. Also, Laurel is alive and well. Wow. So many revelations.
