Jeff Gordon is born on August 4, 1971. He is born Vallejo, California and raised in Pittsboro, Indiana. Jeff is an American former stock car racing driver. He currently announces for Fox NASCAR and is a top executive for Hendrick Motorsports. He previously drove the No. 24 Chevrolet in NASCAR Sprint Cup Series for Hendrick Motorsports. He drove it between 1993 and 2015 and served as a substitute driver for Dale Earnhardt Jr. during the 2016 season. Gordon began his professional racing career with Hugh Connerty Racing, followed by Bill Davis Racing, winning three races, and began racing full-time in the Cup Series for Hendrick Motorsports in 1993.
