Kurt Busch was born on August 4 in 1978 and is a qualified and professional American stock car racing driver. He presently drives the No. 41 Ford Fusion in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. He drives for Stewart-Haas Racing. Kurt won the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series championship in 2004. Kurt Busch is the elder brother of Kyle Busch, who is the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion. Racing is in the genes of the brothers as their father, Tom who won many NASCAR sanctioned events.

Busch began his career in racing with the Dwarf car when he was just 14, at Pahrump Valley Speedway. His motivation to become a racer came from his father who always wanted him to become a great professional racer and put all the efforts to make him reach his mission. But he got his major breakthrough by luck. He was appointed to the NO.70 team as the replacement of Chris Trickle who was wounded. The Star Nursery Team was looking for the new driver and Kurt Busch got a chance to become a driver for the NO. 70 team.

Bush’s true sporting skills came into limelight in 1997, when he competed to the big guns like Ron Hornaday, Jr., Matt Crafton, Greg Biffle, and Kevin Harvick for the first time in the Winter Heat Series at Tucson Raceway Park. After 1997, Bush won many racing tournaments. In 1998, his team won Auto Zone Elite Division Southwest Series Rookie of the Year. He continued his winning stroke in the following year too by winning the series championship.

Kurt won 4 races and finished at second to Greg Biffle in the championship standings. He also won the Rookie of the year honors several times. In 2000, it was announced by Roush Racing that the Busch will be promoted to the Winston Cup series. He was promoted to replace the Chad Little in No. 97 Ford for the 2001 season. Busch ran 7 of the final 8 races with Jeff Hammond, the crew chief. In 2004, Kurt won the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series championship, while driving for Roush Racing.

In 2006. When Kurt won the Busch series, he became 1 out of 29 drivers to win races in all 3 top divisions of NASCAR including the Xfinity Series, the Camping World Truck Series, and the Cup Series.
