Manifest Season 2 Episode 11 Recap:

The shadows we’d seen in Cal’s room, finally make sense. They belong to Kory, Jace, and Pete. Kory’s job has been to deliver cold medicine to the brothers, Jace and Pete, who run their meth lab. Michaela first knew of this lab, when she caught a boy who was stealing. The Calling had told her to let this boy go. It turned out he’d stolen cold medicine.

Using her resources, she tracks down the meth lab and a chase ensues. Ultimately, the brothers are apprehended, and Michaela ignores the second Calling to let them go. The shadow that Jace, Pete and Kory cast, seem to match the shadowy figures appearing in Cal’s bedroom.

Elsewhere, Ben and TJ follow their individual callings to a subway station. There, they see a man who’s about to hurl himself in front of an approaching train. Not only do they save his life, but the man is also brought to the hospital to recuperate. It seems that the Callings can sense a larger pattern.

The man they save is Zeke’s father, and they find a music box among his possessions that plays the same tune Cal has been humming to Eden since her birth. Zeke, who is at the hospital to get an update on whether his condition as deteriorated, gets the chance to meet the man who’d abandoned him and his mother.

It is a moment of closure for Zeke, who himself might die in the coming days. With Season 2 heading towards an end, we expect the mystery to deepen before we get any answers.
