In 1991, she graduated from Bel Air Prep known as Pacific Hills School. In 1993, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark College in psychology. Later in 1995, she got an unpaid summer White House internship in the office of White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta. In 1998, Lewinsky got involved in a scandal with the president of America, Bill Clinton. The bags were sold online and in Hell Bendel in New York, Fred Segal in California, The Cross in London. In 2000, Lewinsky appeared in television commercials for the diet company Jenny Craig, Inc. Later in the year, she worked as a correspondent in the show Monica’s Postcards aired on Channel 5 in the U.K. The show reported on U.S culture and trend from a variety of locations.

In 2002, Monica appeared in “ Monica in Black and White”, on HBO special as a part of America Undercover series. She called herself “patient zero” of online harassment. She continued to speak publicly against cyberbullying. She delivered a talk on cyberbullying in TED talk. Later in the year, she became the ambassador and strategic advisor of Bystander Revolution, an anti-bullying organization.
