One of the most terrifying monsters that I have seen in anime is Bahamut. I mean this beast is enormous and scary. Its powers are similar to the Gods. Hundreds and thousands of years ago this terrifying monster was responsible for the destruction of the lands of Mistarcia. Mistarcia was a place where  Gods and demons coexisted with humans. Fearing that the existence of the world was at stake all the three factions did their best to seal this powerful beast. The key was divided into three parts and distributed among the three factions to safeguard peace. Now, it seems that a similar fate is about to befall again. Favaro Leone is an easy-going bounty hunter who cares only about himself. He is on the run from Kaiser Lidfard, a fellow bounty hunter swore revenge upon Favaro. Favaro soon encounters Amira a girl who has half of the key and his life takes a drastic turn towards more serious stuff regarding the safety of the entire world.

But Rin does not want to join hands with his biological father and rather trains to become an exorcist in the hopes of being able to defeat Satan.

3. Dragon Ball (1986)

The entire franchise of ‘Dragon ball’ including the various arcs and series revolves around the main casts training hard to be able to fight some extraterrestrial monster trying to destroy or dominate Earth. Goku is a Saiyan who was sent to planet Earth upon the destruction of his home planet. Collecting all seven of these balls will grant one wish to the collector. Goku joins her in her search and lest her use the dragon ball he possesses. They also meet with a martial arts expert Master Roshi and wannabe disciple Kuririn.

2. Attack on Titan (2013)

It has been 5 years since this anime hit the screens and its’ popularity is still increasing. We are already three seasons into the series with the second half of the 3rd season set to air in the month of April this year. This anime is one of the best monster anime out there. Huge humanoid monsters known as Titans have pushed humanity to the brink of extinction by eating them and destroying their lands. Many of the remaining of the humans train using special gears to attack and kill Titans by cutting their nape. After witnessing the death of his mother at the hands of the Titans Eren Yeager vows to kill all the Titans for good. 1. Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu (2014)


Parasytes are aliens which invade Earth and burrow into the brains of humans taking full control of their body. They can even morph the body of the humans they are inside into weird monster-like figure and kill and feed on other humans. Shinichi Izumi is one of the unfortunate people who are under attack by a parasyte but the parasyte which attacks him could not get inside his head and ends up staying in his right hand. The duo now must come to an agreement to watch each other’s back since both of them are an anomaly to their respective species.
