How did Orlando Bloom earn his money and wealth?

Orlando Bloom was born in at Canterbury in England in 1977 to Colin Stone and Sonia Constance. During his days in the junior school, it was discovered that Bloom was dyslexic. It was his mother who prompted him to take up the classes for drama and art. In the year 1993, Bloom trod forward to the city of London to pursue a course in the study of Drama, Sculpture, and Photography for two years. Following this, he joined the renowned “National Youth Theatre which earned him a scholarship to take forward his career as a part of the British American Drama Academy.

Bloom began his professional acting session with roles in TV series such as “Midsomer Murders” and “Casualty”. Following this, his film debut occurred with his role in the movie “Wilde” which was released in the year 1997. In this movie, he acted opposite the actor Stephen Fry. After this Bloom started studied acting at “Guildhall School of Music and Drama” which is located in London.

The very first appearance for Bloom on the screen was with the role of a rent boy in “Wilde”. After Bloom was done with his study at Guildhall, he went on to play a major part in the movie trilogy named “The Lord of the Rings”. In this movie series, he played the part of Legolas in the movie which was released between the years 2001 and 2003. His original audition was for the role of Faramir. However, the character appears only from the 2nd movie of the installment. The movie director, Peter Jackson found him fit for the character of Legolas.

In the year 2003, Bloom starred in the movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl” alongside renowned actors Johnny Depp and Keira Knightley. The film was a major hit at the theatres. He starred as a lead character in the movies “Elizabethtown” and “Kingdom of Heaven”, both of which released in the year 2005. This followed to a role in the sequel movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest”. He was also an actor and executive producer for the movie “Haven”. Bloom has been a part of four major movies that rank among the top 15 list of highest grossing films till the year 2007.

In 2011, Bloom came back for a supporting role as Will Turner in the fifth installment of the movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales”.  The movie was released in the year 2017. Recently, Bloom was a victim of the gang robbers “Bling Ring” who stole about half million dollars of the possessions held at his home located in Hollywood Hills.
