How did Paul Marcarelli earn his money and wealth?
Marcarelli was born on 24th May 1970 in North Haven, Connecticut. He attended North Haven High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University in English in 1992. Marcarelli was a founding member of New York’s Mobius Group Productions. He produced and performed in works by Eric Bogosian, Warren Leight, and Richard Nelson. Marcarelli played the lead role in The Adding Machine which was produced by Mobius production. In 2001, He won the award of excellence in overall productions from the New York International Fringe Festival for it.

Marcarelli was the co-producer of a documentary film I Am Divine by Jeffrey Schwarz. He was the Executive Producer of 2015 Sundance hit The Royal Road by Jenni Olson. Even though Marcarelli worked in film, he was famous for his performance in advertisements He appeared in many commercials for the companies such as Old Navy, Merril Lynch, Fasano, -Mobile and Heineken.
In 2002, Marcarelli appeared as the “Test Man” character in Verizon Wireless commercials.This commercial made brought him a huge fame. For this, the Entertainment Weekly named him as one of the most intriguing people of 2002. In Verizon, he portrayed the ubiquitous “Can You Hear Me Now Guy”. In 2009, during the showcase sponsored by Verizon Wireless, Marcarelli appeared on The Price Is Right, an American television game show. The show was created by God Stewart, Mark Goodson and Bill Todman.
In 2011, he acted as test man in commercial advertising release of the iPhone 4 for Verizon. The same year he became free as the Verizon decided to move in a new direction with their advertisement, still remaining under contract with them. Marcarelli also appeared in industrial and promotional films. He gave voice for Comedy Central, United Airlines and Aetna Insurance.
