HBO is known to release at least one ambitious and highly anticipated series every fall. Last year it was The Deuce which is based on the rise of the porn industry and the drug epidemic in New York especially around Times Square in the 1970s. It opened to very high critical acclaim and was loved by the audience. It very well looks to be on a path to become a long-running drama with the likes of “The Sopranos”, “True Blood” and of course “Game of Thrones”. The pilot of the series was available on demand on August 25, 2017, and the series premiered on September 10, 2017. The show is created by David Simon and George Pelecanos.
The Deuce Season 3 Cast: Who’s in it?
The original cast from the first season returned for the second season. In the third season as well, James Franco will be back as twins Frankie and Vincent Martino and Maggie Gyllenhaal as Candy, the Times Square street prostitute. Other cast members include George Akinnagbe, Chris Bauer, Gary Carr, Chris Coy, Dominique Fishback, Margarita Levieva, and others who will be back for the second season. It was reported that casting for twins of three ages namely 4,8 and 15 was done and we got to see younger versions of Frankie and Vincent in the second season and will likely see them again in the third season. No details have been released about any new addition to the main cast as of now and everything is being kept under wraps to protect any information from leaking. But it seems there won’t be any new major character in the third season or so we think now.
