How did Prince William earn his money and wealth?

Prince William, Duke of Cambridge is the son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana and is one of the members of the royal family. Born on 21 June 1982, Prince William is second in line to become the successor of the British throne since his birth. William took birth at 9:03 pm at St Mary’s Hospital, London.  He was the first child of the Prince of Wales, Charles, next in line to Queen Elizabeth II. His mother is Diana, Princess of Wales.

He was named William Arthur Philip Louis a week after his birth at the Buckingham Palace. His baptism was held at the Music Room of Buckingham Palace on the 82nd birthday of Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother who is his paternal great-grandmother. When he was seven years old, he wished to be a police officer so he could protect her when grew up. The Princess of Wales wanted her sons to have a life beyond the experiences that royal children had. 

William is an alumnus at  Mrs. Mynor’s Nursery school in West London where he studied from 1985-87. He also attended the Wetherby School in Kensington, London from 1987 to 1990. From 1990 to 1995, he was enrolled at the Ludgrove School in Wokingham. He joined Eton College in 1995 after being urged by his grandfather, William, Duke of Edinburg. He scored well in academics as well as in sports where he particularly enjoyed swimming. He occasionally indulges in several outdoor activities that include riding, skiing, shooting, and fishing.

William got his education from independent schools and obtained a degree in Scottish Masters of Art from the University of St Andrews. He also took a gap of one year from his studies to visit some parts of Chile, Belize, and Africa. William was commissioned to the ‘Blues and Royals’ regiment in 2006 after completing 44 weeks of training as an officer cadet. He also received pilot training and was trained at the Royal Air Force College Cranwell. In 2009 he became a pilot with the ‘RAF Search and Rescue Force,’ and he also ended his services with the British Armed Forces in 2013.

As with any other member of the royal family, William also has some royal duties to fulfill, and after graduating from college, he started performing some of his public duties. Prince William has traveled to some countries, and some of these trips have been on queen’s behalf. He is also a supporter of a number of charitable causes and supports some charities. William plays polo and has also taken part in running to help the charity ‘Sport Relief.’ William is also a motorcyclist. William is married to Catherine Middleton and before his wedding; he was made the Duke of Cambridge. He has three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. His brother, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex married Hollywood actress Meghan Markle in 2018.
