Born as Sajid Ali Khan on the 16th of August in 1970 to former Indian national cricket team captain Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and film actress Sharmila Tagore in the capital city of New Delhi in India, Saif Ali Khan is a leading name in the Indian film industry. He is the tenth Nawab of the Pataudi clan and has two sisters one of which is actress Soha Ali Khan. Khan did his schooling at The Lawrence School in Himachal Pradesh and later joined the Lockers Park School in Hertfordshire at the age of nine. He then got enrolled at Winchester College. After a long break of four unsuccessful years of steady decline, Khan made a comeback with the film Kachche Dhaage that became a box office success and earned Khan yet another Filmfare nomination in the Best Supporting Actor category.His 1999 film Hum Saath-Saath Hain alongside Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Tabu became the highest grossing film of the year and earned $12 million worldwide.
