The Seven Deadly Sins Season 4 Episode 16 Spoilers: What to Expect?
In the 15th episode of ‘The Seven Deadly Sins’ Season 4, the battle between the Sins and Cusack’s demon continues. With almost everyone else out of the way now, King and Gowther decide to join forces and create the celestial arrow to defeat the Demon. However, the Demon prepares well for the attack and is able to deflect it using full defense. But then it turns out that Gowther and King had only created an illusion to fool him and with his defense all low, they take full advantage of the opportunity and attack him with the real celestial arrow. This time it gets him but to their surprise, he manages to survive. He does take a lot of damage from the powerful move but is still able to retain almost half of his abilities.
He then starts fighting back again and the two remaining Sins aren’t able to do much about it. Realizing that only he can save Meliodas from the Demon, King takes it upon himself save Meliodas. He also gets a flashback where he is reminded of all the times when Meliodas trusted him and gave him strength. With this, King unleashes all of his power on Cusack’s Demon but still, none of it proves to be enough to destroy him. Soon, Gowther joins him again and the two of them are finally able to kill him by blowing up a huge hole in his body. But again, the Demon rises up and shows them that he is unlike anything they have ever seen before.
The next episode will again revolve around the battle between the Sins and the Cusack’s Demon. And now that it is pretty obvious that he cannot be killed, he will probably be able to abduct Meliodas and take him with him to Zeldris. And as much as Zeldris would like to kill the Demon King, he will have to welcome him the way he is expected to. However, there could also be another possible twist to this. In one of the previous episodes, Merlin had suggested that Meliodas would not be able to go back to his old state now. But it is still a possibility that somehow, Elizabeth will be able to remind him of all the good times and bring him back to his normal state.
If somehow Meliodas manages to become normal again, it is a possibility that eventually he’ll be the one killing Cusack’s Demon. It is also possible that after their battle in one another in one of the previous episodes, Escanor and Meliodas will join forces to overcome the Demon. Sooner or later, Cusack’s Demon will be defeated by one of the Sins but killing him won’t really make much of difference for them as a much bigger challenge lies ahead of that. If Cusack’s Demon is strong, one can only imagine how incredibly powerful Cusack will be. And if Cusack joins forces with Zeldris, the two of them will be enough to easily destroy all the Sins.
The Seven Deadly Sins have stuck together all this while and have been able to defeat the strongest enemies, but they’ll need more people on their side now to face what lies ahead. Maybe the old members of the Ten Commandments will end up joining them or maybe, King Arthur will save the day. For now, we’ll just have to wait and see.
