I’ll just go ahead and say it: ‘Silicon Valley’ is the best sitcom on television right now. While the brand of awkward-comedy is pretty similar to shows like ‘Big Bang Theory’ and ‘The Office’, the show is a breath of fresh air with authentic characters and an original take on the other side of the famed Silicon Valley. The show is about four programmers, and an incubator owner, who develop a compression algorithm that takes the market by storm. When they refuse the buy-out offer of Hooli, a huge MNC, its ruthless CEO Gavin Belson decides to destroy their lives. ‘Silicon Valley’ has clocked a staggering number of 27 Emmy nominations in four seasons, which is an indication of how good it actually is.
Silicon Valley Season 6: When will it premiere?
Season five is still going on and has already registered a perfect rating of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. There’s been no news on the release date of a sixth season, but considering the ratings and the love that the show gets, expect it to go on for at least 5 more seasons. The expected release is a mid-May 2019 release still to be confirmed by the network.
Silicon Valley Season 6: Who’s in it?
The biggest news that came out at the end of the fourth season was the departure of TJ Miller from the series. The news came as a shock for the fans of the show considering where the fourth season left with the characters. Season five saw the infusion of two new integral characters who effortlessly fitted into the scheme of things. Once that wraps up, expect some big announcements for the next seasons.
