Steve Carell was born in Concord, Massachusetts, USA, on 16th August 1962. He went to Middlesex School and earned a degree in History from Denison University, Granville, Ohio. At the University radio station, he spent time as a disc jockey under the name “ Sapphire Steve Carell”. Carell started performing in a comedy musical, Khat Scatt Private Eye in 1989.
