‘The Chef Show’ is Netflix’s culinary documentary that explores the world of delicious cuisines. The Chef Show Season 5 Release Date:
‘The Chef Show’ season 4 premiered on September 24, 2020, on Netflix. It consisted of five episodes. A glance at the official website and you will note that the latest iteration has only released its first volume. This should mean that new episodes are on the way. Noting the quick-release gap between the previous four iterations, we expect a short waiting time for the next outing as well. In all probability, ‘The Chef Show’ season 5 will release sometime in early 2021.
The Chef Show Season 5 Hosts
‘The Chef Show’ follows director and actor, Jon Favreau, and chef Roy Choi as they experiment with some of their favorite food recipes and cooking techniques. In most of the episodes, we see the pair sharing tips and tricks with celebrity stars from the entertainment and culinary world. ‘The Chef Show’ chronicles the multiple culinary adventures of hosts Jon Favreau and Roy Choi — as they experiment with baking and cooking some of the most elaborate recipes. For instance, in season 4, we see the pair visiting Milk Bar in Los Angeles and learning how to bake cookies, pies, and cakes from chef Christina Tosi. Roy then displays his prowess with Italian dishes such as artichoke salad, spaghetti with meatballs, and lasagna.
In another episode, James Beard-winning chef Jessica Largey introduces Roy and Choi to her unique take on roasted duck, grilled cabbage, and pork meatballs. Chefs Chad Robertson and Chris Bianco give tips on the elaborate process of artisan bread baking and coffee roasting. Finally, Roy and Choi recreate the classic Holeman and Finch late-night burger. They also taste a delicious dessert by Nina Subhas. Season 5 will continue to follow the hosts as they take us on another adventure-packed ride, infused with culinary surprises.
