After a long wait of four years due to production problems, ‘Titans’ finally arrived in 2018 on DC Universe. The show centres around Robin, the protege of Batman who recruits young superheroes from around the world to fight evil. The team he forms is named Titans. The best thing is that it is a super dark series. And we all know that DC is at its best when it makes dark shows or movies. The series has been developed by Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, and Greg Berlanti, based on the DC comics of the same name.

Titans Season 2 Cast: Who is in it?

Brenton Thwaites plays the character of Richard Grayson/Robin, the leader, and recruiter of the ‘Titans’. He is joined by Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, and Ryan Potter as Beast Boy. The recurring cast of the series includes Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Minka Kelly as Dove, Lindsey Gort as Amy Rohrbach, and Bruno Bichir as Chief. Titans Season 2 Plot: What is it about?

The synopsis of the show on IMDB reads, “A team of young superheroes led by Nightwing (formerly Batman’s first Robin) form to combat evil and other perils.” Grayson appears in the Robin suit in the first season.

A big question that remains to be answered is whether this series will be a part of the Arrowverse or not. The season one finale saw Dick Grayson (Brendon Thwaites) returning to Gotham. A deadly attack ensues on the Arkham Asylum which is followed by a brief introduction to the Batman character in the series. Dorian’s future is left up in the air. Season 2 will pick right from there. Keep an eye out on us to follow the octane drama that Titans is all about.

Titans Season 2 Release Date: When will it premiere?

Season 1 released on DC Universe on October 12, 2018, and concluded on December 21, 2018. All the 11 episodes were dropped collectively on Netflix on January 11, 2019.

No air date has been set for the release of the second season of the show. It has been made clear that the show will premiere on DC Universe, DC Comics’ digital service. It was confirmed on Twitter, “Ahead of the season one debut of Titans on October 12, the live-action show has been picked up for a second season exclusively on the all-new DC UNIVERSE digital subscription service.”

Another tweet followed, “This is only the beginning. Titans has been renewed for season 2! #DCUniverse”

So, be ready with your subscription to the DC Universe to watch the show as soon as it arrives. If a similar schedule as its previous season is followed, Titans will make its entry on DC Universe late in 2019 and Netflix will pick it up in early 2020.
