How did Tupac earn his money and wealth?
Tupac, real name Tupac Amaru Shakur, was born on 16 June 1971 in New York, US to Billy Garland and Afeni Shakur. He had a rough childhood living in a surrounding where people who had been convicted of illegal crimes resided. Eventually, Tupac was exposed to violence from an early age. He attended the Baltimore School for the Arts and studied jazz, poetry as well as ballet. While in school, Tupac was a talented rapper and won many competitions. He later attended the Tamalpais High School as well as poetry classes with Leila Steinberg. Unfortunately, Tupac died in September 1996 after being shot several times in a drive-by shooting.

Tupac released his second album titled ‘Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z’ in the year 1993 which went on to be more successful than its predecessor and features the hits ‘I Ger Around’ and ‘Keep Ya Head Up.’ Tupac established a group with the musicians Mopreme Shakur, Rated R, Big Skype and others. The group soon released their first album titled ‘Thug Life; Volume 1’ in the year 1994 which was certified Gold in the US.
Tupac fought a battle with the law during this time and was shot in an armed robbery case. After the rapper recovered, he was sent to jail for charges of sexual assault. While in jail, he continued to work on his music. His album ‘Me Against The World’ released in the year 1995 while he served his prison term. The album became a hit and peaked at number 1 position in the Billboard 200 music chart. Moreover, the album is considered as one of the most influential hip-hop albums.
Tupac released his album ‘All Eyez on Me’ in the year 1996, which is the last album released by him during his lifetime. The album featured 5 singles and was certified Platinum, with the hit singles of the albums being ‘California Love’ and ‘How Do U Want It.’ After his death, many of his previously recorded albums were released which also became super hits.
